Performs technical support activities related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond to teach work requests in terms of productivity, quality, and costDevelops Mfg tools and equipment to improve product quality and costSupervises technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in the most effective wayCoordinates with other sections including overseas organizations concerning technical issues related to operation supportDevelops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervisionProvides work guidance to other engineersEstablishes appropriate performance reports and performs related work as assignedReleases, adds, and changes process instructionPerforms manufacturing quality monitoring, improvement, and problem-solvingPerforms related work as assignedCoordinates with other sections including overseas organizations concerning technical issues related to the productQualificationsREQUIRED:
Master's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic or experience in HDD factory as software designer/Electrical/Software/Robotics/Electronics/ Telecommunication, and Computer Engineering(New graduates Bachelor's degree are welcome)Experience as a tool/machine design/software design, vision system, PLC program, C++Good skills in Solidworks, capability, Tolerance Analysis,GD&TMust be self-driven, detail-oriented, and have organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, etc
