The Quality Assurance Black Belt Professional will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all Lean and Six Sigma trainings for the required global quality teams. They will also facilitate multiple projects, provide consultation for other smaller projects, and provide council and guidance to the Operations Team.

General Responsibilities
• Leads detailed statistical analysis of project data
• Advises on Six Sigma and Lean trainings as needed
• Leads technical leadership trainings
• Leads cross-functional teams to obtain funding when needed for required improvements
• Leads the driving timely execution of projects to expedite returns on resource investment
• Advises on data-based problem solving culture within the company by coaching / consulting on projects

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Responsibilities:

Mentor, coach and support Green Belts and Black Belts™ in project work

Participate in project reviews to offer technical expertise

Prepare/upgrade technical information

Develop new tools or modify existing tools for applications

Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organization
