THE JOB:

Step into the vibrant kitchen of Rivea at W Las Vegas, where French and Italian-inspired culinary artistry meets breathtaking views. As a Master Cook, you will oversee your assigned station, ensuring excellence in preparation, flavor, and presentation. Your dedication to honing your craft and adapting to the fast-paced kitchen environment will help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.1013 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare and cook dishes following methods outlined by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.Set up and maintain your workstation based on established pars, ensuring efficiency during service.Evaluate cooked food for quality, flavor, and presentation before service.Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring proper storage and temperature control of ingredients.Lead and manage your station, communicating effectively with the Chef and culinary team to address any needs or concerns.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 18 years of age or older.High School Diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.Work varied shifts, to include weekend and holidays.1+ Years of prior relevant experience.
