Job Description

Eurofins is standardizing processes in several domains of its Group Service Centre, such as Group Structure Master Data Management, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Compensation & Benefits, etc. We are deploying Group-wide tools to support these changes.

As a Master Data Administrator, you will maintain and improve Master Data processes, and work on initiatives to enhance data quality. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in the tools supporting the company Structure Master Data Maintenance and the employee identification Master Data management. You will also gain hands-on experience in working on continuous improvements for other support services tools developed within the company. Your work will influence a wide range of company operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with internal clients (Business Controllers and Business Unit Leaders, local HR Managers) by supporting their Master Data needs and ensuring data quality through emails and calls.Monitor employee identification Master Data quality, drive its day-to-day management and propose improvements to relevant governance processes.Analyze Company Structure Master Data to derive data quality KPIs and ensure effective communication with local leaders. Drive actions based on KPIs.Monitor and continuously improve Master Data management processes, ensuring they are being adhered to across the company.Collaborate with project and IT development teams to refine and improve the Master Data maintenance application (e.g.by participating to UAT, User Requirements definition).

Qualifications

What are we expecting:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Master Data management or related fields.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Languages: Good communication skills in English.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel. Customer-focused mindset.
