Master Data Analyst

We are seeking a (Senior) Master Data Analyst to join the Global Master Data Organization. As part of the Master Data Conversion team, you will support the deployment and governance of EBS SAP across different business units and markets. Your role will have a strong focus on the partnership with internal business and functional groups to lead the identification of Master Data requirements and ensure operational readiness standards are met to enable “business-enabling” Master Data at the different EBS Go-Lives.

Our team is providing a unique service which pairs SAP, Business process and Master Data expertise with a technical acumen into proven data conversion methodologies and standards. You will identify and develop best practice data conversion approaches based on project scope and resources and help Ecolab to streamline our business into EBS SAP.

The successful candidate will have leadership characteristics, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative work style. Strong communication (both verbal and written) as well as technical (SQL, SAP) abilities are critical to the success of the role.

What You Will Do:

Member of the Master Data Conversion TeamOwn Master Data transformation activities for one or more data domains from various legacy systems to SAPAssess data migration scope & quality and co-ordinate the identified data cleansing opportunities with the business team based on SAP process and blueprint requirementsProvide visibility on data readiness and quality throughout the deploymentDevelop data transformation rules and logic in ETL solution to extract, transform and load Master DataGuide new countries/regions through process of migrating data to SAPProvide problem resolution and ‘business’ diagnostics on complex system/data issuesGovern and support master data processes across systems

What You Will Need:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification2 years of work experience in an analytical role2 years of SAP experienceBasic experience in SQL or other data manipulation methodProblem solving mindsetIndependent workstyleAbility to travel up to 25% (post-pandemic)
