The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Job description

Responsible for data integrity within the master data management tool (SAP) through data input, reporting, standardizing data, removing duplications, eliminating incorrect data, and identifying and resolving errors.Assists in evaluating effectiveness of master records maintenance and quality of information.Communicates effectively with Customers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting to discuss and resolve issues.Participates in meetings and on teams to enhance internal communication as well as contribute to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for master data record keeping.Drives internal control and regulatory compliance through coordination of proper teams.Maintains a full audit trail of master data creation and changes.Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.

Job requirements

Excellent in English language verbal and writtenUniversity degree (Bachelor) requiredStrong communication skills; written and verbalStrong Microsoft Office skills, specifically ExcelStrong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsAbility to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlinesMust be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skillsSAP ECC system experienceAbility to analyze how data is coming in and how it will need to be organizedBe a team player and work well with others is crucialAttention to Detail
