Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) is a Roche cross-functional and cross-divisional network of master data specialists and subject-matter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure high-quality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations, data analytics and digitalization.

The Opportunity

As the Master Data Deployment Coordinator for the Business Partner Master Data, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the deployment of Master Data processes across multiple regions and divisions. Reporting to the Cluster Lead, you will provide global coordination and support for ongoing deployments, ensuring that they are executed smoothly, on time, and in alignment with the established processes and governance standards. You will oversee multiple deployment projects, working closely with business partners, IT teams, and stakeholders across divisions to address any operational or technical queries and ensure consistency and accuracy of the data.

Lead Strategic Direction of Master Data Deployments: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and drive the strategic roadmap for global Business Partner Master Data processes and governance across regions and divisions, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business and IT strategies.

Control and Coordinate Global Deployments: Lead and oversee the global deployment of business partner Master Data processes, ensuring consistent execution across regions and divisions.

Deployment Status Reporting and Insights: Provide regular status updates, including key performance indicators (KPIs), progress reports, and risk assessments related to ongoing deployments. Offer insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Ensure Data Accuracy: Monitor the integrity of the data being deployed and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards throughout the deployment phase.

Deployment Reporting: Create and deliver reports related to the status of ongoing deployments, highlighting successes, challenges, and any risks that need to be addressed.

Oversee Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure robust risk management practices are in place, including escalation of issues and ensuring adherence to global governance, security, and quality standards during deployments

Manage Complex Stakeholder Relationships: Proactively engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring the alignment of deployment activities with strategic goals.

Who you are

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present and report to senior management and cross-functional teams

Experience with SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD) and Master Data Governance tools

Demonstrated experience in change management, including the ability to facilitate smooth transitions during system and process changes.

5+ years of experience in SAP Finance module implementation, with a strong focus on Business Partner Master Data. Experience in managing or coordinating large-scale deployments is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, aligning cross-functional teams around strategic objectives and ensuring execution in a collaborative, high-performance manner.

Strong background in driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to optimize deployment strategies.

Salary starts from 2600 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
