Relevant Experience in a global customer service role including fulfilment experience from global manufacturing sites.Technical experience at least 5 years in end to end data management across supply and demand. (BOM data set up customer data, product data, financial dataBachelors Degree or equivalent experienceExperience managing Tier calls weekly and analysing and pulling data together.Self starter with strong Process improvement experience delivering step change in process maturity.Strong influencing and meeting facilitation skills dealing with Senior leadership.A broad based knowledge of business units and functions and how effective data management can support themMastery in SAP data deployment, data quality tools deployment, MIS knowledge.Experience in project managementAttention to detail with a real focus on getting it right the first timeUnderstanding the commercial and logistic rationale behind data creationGood communication and influencing skillsRole Responsibilities
Manage master data information while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and quality control ensuring data integrity across systems.Analyse and troubleshoot Master Data Domain and system issues effectively communicating results to Data Governance teamWork cross collaboratively to ensure data consistency and integrity throughout all areas of the Master Data Management domainMaintain and leverage tools developed for item data management (i.e. supplier tools) and suggest improvements for efficiencyParticipate in developing, maintaining, and deploying business processes and new or existing technology tools across business.Support testing initiatives for new tools by developing testing scenarios and actually testing tools before launchEDI liaison with multiple collaborators including EDI partner and supplier base to develop, maintain existing documents, and implement new documents to gain efficiencies for end- to- end processEnhance the capabilities of current toolsets to create reporting solutions in support of business initiatives, and make recommendations on new toolsets for the businessSupport end-to-end business reporting, analytics to provide insights that will drive business growth, performance, and efficienciesProvide reporting, and analysis support for end-to-end team to influence, discover, solve, and/or support business decisions/challengesAssist in establishing reporting standard methodologies for data analysis by developing an understanding of how the tools are currently being used within the organisation and transitioning to new toolsTrain and transition the end-user community on newly developed/enhanced reporting tools Lead projects by identifying requirements and building methodology and tools that are statistically grounded.Locate and define new process improvement opportunitiesWork with management to prioritise business and information needs.Maintenance of the relevant GDSN data pools in the cluster.Support data infrastructure by maintaining master data, updating or building existing tools, processes, and systemsSupport the team in the delivery of CARM controls and risk management reviews.Support the management of 3PL’s in delivering service requirement to IOI customer base.Support the team in the daily logistics operations for Diageo Portfolio of Keg within the designated financial criteria through focused Key performance indicators and agreed SLA’s with IMC and SuppliersCustomer Collaboration & Availability:
Customer Collaboration. Updating dashboards for retailers e in a timely manner to be presented to customers on a weekly basis.Providing imagery and SKU specifications to customers when requested for new SKU listings or updated SKU s.Managing Tier Processes: Compiling deck and hosting Tier 3 meeting on a weekly basisUpdating WD7 deck on a monthly basisSupport ITF process and cogs out agenda through weekly ITF meetings.Updating health tracker and hosting meeting every week as part of Tier 3 preparation.Managing supply chain review of approximately 350 SKUs ensuring misses are captured correctly for reporting and target purposes driving strong availability for sales in the Ireland /Northern Ireland marketResponsible for movement of Nitrosurge Units and Smirnoff Draught Cocktails to get into market in a prompt manner to avoid loss of sales. This involves creating purchase orders and arranging shipments and follow up where required.Flexibility is key to our success.
