The MDM Team Lead will assist in resolving complex escalations, train newly onboarded team members, and assist with projects that include process automation, integration, and implementation. Additionally, the MDM Team Lead will service in leading stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and Quality Controls. The MDM Team Lead will be expected to provide exceptional customer service for all MDM stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Internal and External Stakeholders
Work with stakeholders regularly to manage and resolve escalations, projects, and issue resolution/investigation Help communicate and orchestrate change management around cross functional processes between business units Maintain and create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Combining complex data used to report out and present metrics around stakeholder engagement, activities, and process improvements Lead Stakeholder CallsIdentify & Develop Process Issues/Resolution
Work with internal and external business units to identify areas and processes that can be improved upon and/or automated Resolve complex problems that have impact across multiple functional business units Work with Internal and External Stakeholders to identify MDM transformation initiatives Assisting in developing reports and analysis Assisting in being the point of contact for all customer onboardings.Data Governance Initiatives
Assist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementation Provide feedback to team, management, and stakeholders on processes impacting compliance/data governance initiatives Meet regularly with the business to ensure all initiatives and processes are being properly maintained and adhered toTraining
Inform, Communicate, and Develop all new or existing processes to existing team members and new team members. Perform ongoing training and education with internal and external peers to ensure process adherence Monitor and inquire about Quality Control metrics to identify areas of improvement for Master Data Delivery quality products and services that meeting customers’ needs Continually create, audit, and review SOPs to ensure accuracy Meet regularly with all internal team members to discuss metrics, new and existing processes, and assist in resolving any barriersMinimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience
Business Experience – 2+ years’ experience in master data or data governance, process improvement experience. Analytical experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skills Demonstrates analytical ability and attention to details Advanced/Intermediate problem solving and root cause analysis skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines Ability to lead multiple team members through a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines Ability to work under limited general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines Professional conduct and demeanor, uses discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc) Ability to work with minimal supervision Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with strong attention to details.Core Competencies: Knowledge of the job, driving execution, problem solving and analysis, innovative mindset, communication, collaboration and relationship building, customer focused and client service.
