The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of customer and product data across systems and platforms. This role involves managing and maintaining master data, implementing data governance policies, and supporting organizational efforts to optimize data management processes. The MDM Analyst collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to align data management practices with the organization's strategic goals.
Your day will be very busy… you will:
Regularly review, update, and validate master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Effectively and efficiently cleanse the customer and product fields within the enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and with the Business Intelligence Team to ensure accuracy in the Power BI Reporting. Use expertise in commercial organizations to enhance and improve revenue and pricing processes. Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying, resolving, and eliminating process problems. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing data quality and usage.Work with IT teams to configure, test, and implement MDM tools and solutions.
Support data integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Assist in the migration or consolidation of data as part of system upgrades or organizational changes.
What your background will be:
An associate’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Math or other quantitative disciplines. Must have at least 1-2 years of related work experience (MedTech industry preferred). Experience using Oracle is required.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and V/XLookups) is required.
MS PowerPoint, SQL, CRM systems and database extraction preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Established ability to work cross functionally with various departments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary / Pay Range:
$58,000 - $65,000/yr.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
