Main Purpose
Responsible for the site Master Data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements.
Your mission will be to
Collecting from key stakeholders required master data information needed to implement all related changes.Master data (BOM) creation and maintenance in the Bayer systems. Support BOMs creation for the NPI process ensuring that all data is entered before the launch date to maximize customer service levels. Complete any other NPI activities linked to SKU set-up as appropriateEnsure appropriate life cycle management of SKU BOMs. Root Cause Analysis on any issues identified on master data quality and processes and drive continuous improvement on process, systems and people capability.Process improvement opportunities, standardizing and simplifying Ways of Working, in collaboration with IT and supply chain teams and key stakeholders ensuring a consistent approach to data management.Responsible for keeping the Master Data GMP documentation up to date.

Degree (graduated or close to graduated) in Systems, IT, Chemical and Industrial Engineering; postgraduate or specialization in project management or continuous improvement will be a plus.At least 3 years of experience with SAP modules MM, WM, QM, PP, PPPI, SD and PM (mandatory). Experience in Data Science tools will be a plus. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently since an upper intermediate level (mandatory). Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement tools in GMP operative areas is desired.The mindset in digitalization processes and Industry 4.0 will be a plus.Personal computer (PC) skills required, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Project & Power BI.
