We are making every move count We at Kalmar are seeking a talentedMaster Data Specialistto deliver Master data services in line with customers’ needs and expectations. Main tasks and responsibilities + Perform transactional activities with limited supervision related to the Master Data area, including Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data. + Maintain Master Data records. + Communicate and coordinate with the Master Data team. + Ensure the quality and timeliness of Master Data management. + Monitor and resolve Master Data-related queries. + Active member of the Master Data area. + Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. + Deliver services in line with agreed-upon controls and procedures. + Recognize unusual events or recurring problems and collaborate with the team leader to resolve them. + Ensure customer satisfaction to maintain a positive brand image for KFSSC. + Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. + Ensure data accuracy in company systems. + Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability. What you’ll need to succeed + Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or business, obtained or currently in progress. + 1 to 3 years of experience in the ItP or Master Data area. + Finance traineeship. + English – written and spoken. + Experience with handling simple to complex queries. + Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills. + Time management and attention to detail skills. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. + Hands-on experience with ERP/Cloud systems preferred. + Google Workspace: Sheets, Slides, Docs, or alternatively, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Proactive in taking initiative to improve both individual and team work practices. + Effective communication in a professional manner. + Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies.
