YOUR ROLE Ensure accurate and timely creation and updates of Packaging material master data, including Packaging Bill of Materials) (ZBOM), Unit of Measure (UOM) updates, pallet pictures, stackability, and article reports
Lead mass upload processes for packaging material master data creation and updates
Coordinate and gather information for Packaging material master data maintenance in SAP
Generate master data reports and conduct necessary clean-up tasks
Update process manuals and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Maintain files for monitoring purposes, such as master data tracker and attendance tracker
Provide limited support for project execution related to packaging master data; Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Manager or Supervisor YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering or other relevant courses
Basic knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office Excel is required; Skills in VBA, Macros, SAP or other accounting system is an advantage
Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
