Come be a part of our Maintenance and Reliability team for our Catalyst division where you will provide training, mentoring, and oversight of the Plant Maintenance and MRO areas storing SAP and Non-SAP Master Data. You will act as the site SME for Maintenance Processes and Master data within SAP. You will also work closely with the Global teams in the execution of this role, to ensure Global standardization is maintained.


Responsibilities

Responsible for processing and maintenance of Site Plant Maintenance (PM) and MRO Stores SAP and Non-SAP Master Data Standardize & optimize site level Master Data additions or changes, including FLOC & Equipment structure. Update as needed to support new equipment/project implementation Coordinate with regional and global Clariant SAP and Maintenance SME's, to maintain standardization with global Clariant standards and best practices Works directly with Plant & Project Engineers in the creation of PM Master Data for capital projects and associated installed assets. Including but not limited to FLOC, Equipment, Material Masters, Bills of Materials. Works directly with Maintenance Planners, Schedulers and Supervisors in setting up master data in the best possible way to maximize work processing efficiency. Collaborate with operations team on creating and implementing new processes and best practices, in a way that harmonizes with Clariant digital assets (e.g. SAP) You will stay current with existing and new functionality within SAP, to advise the local team on potential improvements or prevent errors Responsible for implementing SAP focused global / regional improvement projects (e.g. mobile maintenance) Provides data health / KPI reports, as required, to plant resources pulled from SAP   Serve as the local point of contact for technical questions related to Maintenance transactions, master data, processes, etc within SAP Serve as Lead trainer in the Master Data subject area, responsible for ensuring an adequate level of understanding and application is maintained at the site Ensure appropriate permitting of equipment in SAP, per ESHA Standards (e.g. SAMACO, Boiler Inspections, etc) Assist in design and documentation of SAP Master Data in support of ESHA related reviews (e.g. Audits, PHA’s, etc)
 

Requirements

Technical Degree in Technology (or similar field) or Certificate preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance and reliability experience in the areas of Plant Maintenance and Material Management  Extensive use of a Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP PM and MM as preferred SAP Courses of Study in Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Materials management (MM) preferred. Skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Must have demonstrated high level of dependability and punctuality. Must be results oriented with ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Detail oriented personality.  You should have a drive for continuous improvement. Six-Sigma / Lean Black Belt certification preferred
