Job Description

To ensure that the quality of IntegriChain’s master data elements (including, but not limited to, healthcare providers and facilities master data) are maintained to the highest standard for our customers, and in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, both internal and external stakeholders should be engaged to seek resolution.

Duties:

Follow the standard operating procedure surrounding IntegriChain’s master data operations to review and update master data elements related to:Healthcare Providers and Facilities Master dataParenting hierarchyData EnrichmentOther ad hoc MDM activities as neededMonitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame.Resolution of Master data exceptions queueEffective and crisp communication with team leaders and internal stakeholders regarding data anomalies or the status of master data assignments.Assist Data Management Office in tracking day-to-day activities

Qualifications

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge or previous experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft excel strongly preferredAdept at internet research utilizing websites and web portals / databasesEagerness to identify issues and accurately resolve data qualityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-throughFlexible and Adaptable to feedbackCapable of working both autonomous and in a team1+ years experience in a data analyst role with knowledge of master data maintenance preferred
