Spherion is hiring a Master or Journeyman Electrician in Bardstown, Kentucky!

Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and land units based on layouts for Electrical Requirements.
Order materials needed per job and maintain stock levels based on minimum and maximum required inventory.
Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code. ... Maintain a safe work environment and to 6S standards.
Focus on continuous safety, quality, production, and budget improvements.
Troubleshoot issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Consult with the Engineering department as needed to recommend solutions

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Master's license or Journeyman License required.
Experienced in Residential and Commercial requirements.
Ability to bend, cut, and thread pipe efficiently.
Some experience with PLCs, motor controls, load calculations, and 1200+ amp services.
Experienced in Hazardous location wiring.
Excellent communication skills, open to trying new methods, and must have the initiative to achieve results.
Familiar with state electrical and safety codes.
Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Detail-driven mindset.
HVAC experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills to set priorities, schedule workload, achieve goals, and deliver the information needed.
