This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts. **Job Description:** **Required: Master Electrician License for the State of Georgia** Job Description **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install and test Household Appliances using necessary hand tools and power tools based on job specifications, manufactures installation instructions, and local codes. + Accomplishes delivery and installation results by communicating job expectations with the installation teams; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing installation practices, policies, and procedures + Installation training, Safety of the employees, Supervision of Installers and Helpers, + Installation parts management, Installation Parts Supply Management, Installation Tools Management. + Project Management (Single Family & Multi-Family new Construction): + Preview job sites to ensure they’re safe and ready for delivery based on the Builders schedule. + Communicates regularly with Job Site Management and build effective and professional relationships. + Communicate findings with the office staff and Whirlpool Corporation. + Identify and resolve any issues in a professional and effective manner required to have a positive outcome. + Direct and train employees to install household appliances to perform electrical services, including hardwiring of appliances in an effort to afford the employee the opportunity to obtain adequate licensing themselves.
