Seeking Master Certified Chrysler Level III Technicians! 

Pay range depends on your skill set at the time of hire, up to $40 per flat rate hour for Master Techs!

Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

 Perform maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools

Responsibilities will vary depending on your skill level 

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Experience as an at home or professional technician preferred.

Ability to navigate technology with ease.

Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
