Using your expertise, you will design personalized training programs for individuals and groups, build strong client relationships and promote the GYMGUYZ brand. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor team members, contributing to their success and to the growth of the organization.  Deliver personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of all fitness levels and goals Conduct initial assessments, build rapport and confidently close initial sales Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App based on client needs and preferences Ensure client safety, provide ongoing motivation and support the client fitness journey Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle Conduct reassessments to monitor client progress and convert renewal sales Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional growth Drive new business through targeted marketing and networking efforts Actively promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients Manage appointments and schedules using the GYMGUYZ scheduling app Travel to client locations, ensuring punctuality, professionalism and adherence to brand standards Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned   What You’ll Bring Nationally recognized personal training certification, e.g. ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM Current CPR/AED certification Proven sales experience in the fitness industry with a strong ability to close deals Comprehensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and lead team members effectively Willingness to travel to client locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A collaborative team player spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Experience with Mindbody and Trainerize is a plus  About GYMGUYZGYMGUYZ is the global leader in in-home personal training, delivering workouts as unique as the clients we serve.
