Main responsibilities:
Organize and supervise production start-up to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met. Ensure a smooth link between the various stages of the manufacturing process, while maintaining a global view of the production chain. Proactive daily planning. Collaborate with other departments, management and the floor. Evaluate manufacturing procedures to be implemented in response to customer orders. Constantly improve organization and production methods in line with changing orders. Observation, analysis and strategy are essential in this role. Relational and communication skills are an integral part of this position. Variety of tasks in a key, strategic role in the company.Skills and qualifications :
Agility, versatility and rigor in a constantly changing environment Experience as a master planner in a manufacturing environment is mandatory Diploma or training in production management or scheduling or equivalent Must be comfortable with numbers and computerized planning tools Quick decision-making, strong sense of initiative Bilingualism required Apply
