What impact you'll make?
You will act as the CoE single point of contact for Customers in every routine, operational matters regarding CoE fulfillment. Manages Customer demands and complaints to CoE and represents CoE interests towards Customers. Oversees the entire fulfillment process from order booking, to delivery, in order to meet Customer requirements and operational goals. Responsible for long-term scheduling activities within the plant.

What you’ll do

Customer care – works on Customer satisfaction, understands demand trends and manages proposal givingConfirms and inputs Customer orders into local systems (handle the opening letters, open item creation workflow, create a summary tracking file, handle access database, approve in SAP) and releases them for shipment  (open TR, close SO, contact with logistics)Work with Customers and Production to manage changes in demand or fulfillment schedule (update the dates in system, handle the customer own materials, filling up of free production slots with volume)Strong cooperation with site planners, manage to get estimated cost from engineersTracks volume forecast, manages long term planning and drives weekly fulfilment reviews (weekly production/mitigation call)Reports volume and fulfilment related metrics (e.g. volume [jobs, hours], OTD, sales pacing, etc…] (Weekly reports to logistic, coordinate and reports weekly prod meetings)Provides long-term forecasts for financial planning cyclesKeep contact with Contract Performance Managers about all related questions

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

BSc or MSc degree in Business field of studies

Significant experience in a production environment

Strong supply planning background

Global customer, order management experience

Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills

Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge

Desired characteristics:

Familiarity with ERP system preferably Oracle

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Team player attitude

Customer centricity

Ability to drive change through influence 

Demonstrated skill in formal problem-solving processes and tools
