The growing awareness world-wide for environment and energy savings are enabling us to deliver strong value to our customers and we need you to support our continued success. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow-up when necessary to avoid stockouts. + Ensure accuracy of purchase order due dates. + Promise customer orders based on the availability of material and capacity. + Release production orders to manufacturing based on material availability. + Work with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery of products. + Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to lower inventory, reduce stockouts and to improve on-time delivery. + Maintain master data information in SAP. + Create and/or publish planning reports **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
