- Prepare and update the shipping list through Thales in-built software to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of repairs
- Coordinating closely with Material Planners to communicate resources availability to Customer experience team who will manage allocation based on customer’s priority
- Adjust and prioritize shipping list schedules based on urgency, resource availability, and any unforeseen issuesCoordination and Communication
- Serve as the central point of contact for all repair-related planning issues
- Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs, priority, expedite, and update shipping list accordinglyInventory Management
- Oversee the inventory of aircraft parts, and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels to support repair operations for Avionics and In-Flight Entertainment businesses
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and excess inventory
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and take corrective actions, such as scrapProcurement Coordination
- Work closely with the material planning team to ensure all moving and non-moving parts are well analyze to maintain inventory within forecast and budgetSales and Operations Planning Leader
- Serve as S&OP leader to coordinate the analysis of supply reviews based on the published independent and dependent demand
Summary:
The Master Planner (Repairs and Inventory) is responsible for managing the inventory of materials and components required for the maintenance and repair operations in Singapore and India, and the planning of material deployment and repair to ensure the return to service of the repair in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
Shipping List Planning- Prepare and update the shipping list through Thales in-built software to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of repairs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering and operations management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, or coordinating repairs in a technical or production environmentExperience using inventory management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) in an aviation or manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to forecast inventory needs and monitor performance metricsCertification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) is a plusExperience with compliance standards such as FAA, EASA, or local civil aviation authority regulations is a plusOther Information:
