We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a(n) Master Production Scheduler within our SCM team to help support our Hydraulic business. As a(n) Master Production Scheduler you will have the opportunity to being in charge of managing demand change, plan and organize material management functions with specific regard to material controls, analyze the supply capacity, supply risk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能:
监控销售需求变更，并指导生产计划，每月对销售需求变更原因进行统计与分析。
Monitor demand deviation, instruct and adjust production plan , analyze the root cause for demand changes.
2. 每周组织物料计划，生产计划确认总部交货清单。
Weekly review orders and forecast from headquarter and feedback delivery date with reviewing material situation and keep the delivery on time.
3.根据生产计划所需的原材料合理安排原材料的采购申请计划，下达采购订单,并做好跟进。
Make purchase request, place and follow PO of raw material according to production planning.
4.根据调整的生产计划，跟催紧急物料的采购，以满足顾客的需求。
To meet the customer satisfaction, follow and push urgent parts delivery according to adjusted production planning.
5. 根据每月的使用量,结合当前的库存,建立原材料的供应商库存,以缩短我们的交货期,确保生产计划准时完成。
According to monthly consumption and stock lever, establish suppliers’ available stock in order to shorten the purchasing lead time and ensure to finish production plan on time.
6.做好原材料的库存控制，并合理控制在途。
Control efficient raw material stock.
7. 负责记录原材料供应商的质量以及及时交货的情况。
Regular report raw material suppliers’ quality and OTD data
8. 及时完成计划主管临时指派的任务。
Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE特殊的资格
大专以上文化程度,二年以上制造型企业相关经验。
College education or above, more than two years of relevant experience in manufacturing enterprises.
熟练操作电脑，熟练运用OFFICE软件。Skilled operation of computers, skilled use of OFFICE software.
了解MRP/ERP知识。Knowledge of MRP/ERP.
熟悉产品的加工工艺和加工流程。Familiar with product processing technology and processing flow.
有较强的分析能力、沟通能力和管理能力。Strong analytical ability, communication ability and management ability.
