Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest level of care for our clients by conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, and providing staff training and supervision.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide staff training and development
Perform supervisory visits to ensure quality care
Ensure compliance with all state and agency regulations
Collaborate with caregivers, clients, and families to optimize care

Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina
Experience in home care, geriatrics, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
