**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Master Rebuild Centre Leader** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our **Distribution Business Unit** in **Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By leading a cross-functional team, you’ll ensure plant operations are fast, reliable, and efficient.
+ Building Strong Customer Relationships: Your leadership will help develop and maintain relationships that meet and exceed customer needs.
+ Driving Continuous Improvement: Managing all plant functions, you’ll focus on meeting deliverables and driving ongoing improvements.
+ Promoting Company Values: You’ll lead the implementation of Cummins values, processes, and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
+ Developing Plant Staff: Through coaching and development, you’ll enhance the skills and capabilities of the plant staff.
+ Strategic Planning: You’ll develop and execute the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant, aligning with broader company objectives.
+ Optimizing Supply Chain Interactions: Leading the integration between the plant and the overall supply chain, you’ll ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
+ Community Engagement: Managing community involvement initiatives, you’ll strengthen the plant’s relationship with the local community.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/ Experience:**
+ College, university, or equivalent degree required.
+ MBA will be advantageous
+ Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
