Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solutions division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for:• Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are engaged with Material Management Function in Switchgear Industry. You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning (PPC) & Inventory Management. You have hands on experience in Manufacturing Planning, Forecasting Production Plan, Monitor Performance against the Business plan and Shipment plan. Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP MM / PP Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (should be full-time) You are at ease communicating in English and Collaborating with cross-functional team
