Your role and responsibilities

In this role, the Senior Production Scheduler is responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable Master Production Schedule (MPS), as well as overseeing PSI (Supply and Inventory Planning) to ensure resource availability and product delivery timelines are met. This role integrates operational production scheduling with strategic planning to optimize production processes, resource coordination, and inventory management at both local and regional levels.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.•\tAssembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.•\tIdentifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.•\tScheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's degree in industrial, mechatronics, electrical, or similar engineering.\t5+ years of experience in similar roles.\tDaily monitoring for efficient production creation.\tExperience in production line capacity.\tExperience in customer requirements.\tExperience in similar roles such as master schedule planner / production scheduler.\tExperience managing MRP and ERP systems in SAP.\tAdvanced Excel skills.\tKnowledge of electrical products.\tAdvanced English skills.
