Master Scheduler

Revere Plastics is looking for a detail-oriented Master Scheduler to lead plant scheduling and drive improvements in on-time delivery, inventory turns, and capacity planning. This position is key to aligning production plans with customer demand, ensuring materials and labor are efficiently scheduled, and supporting plant-level execution. Strong ERP experience (IQMS preferred), communication skills, and a data-driven mindset are critical to success. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

Production Scheduling & Planning 

* Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on forecast, demand, and capacity

* Coordinate closely with Materials, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure alignment

* Adjust schedules as needed to balance labor, equipment, and material availability

* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and constraints


Capacity & Demand Management 

* Analyze short- and long-term capacity to support production plans

* Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes with accurate planning data

* Highlight risks to meeting customer demand and propose solutions


ERP & Data Management 

* Utilize ERP system (IQMS preferred) to manage scheduling and production data

* Build reports and dashboards in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.) to track KPIs

* Monitor adherence to schedule and drive accountability across departments


Inventory & Process Improvement 

* Partner with Materials and Inventory teams to reduce excess and obsolete inventory

* Support cycle count processes and inventory accuracy efforts

* Lead or participate in plant improvement initiatives tied to scheduling and flow


 Qualifications: 

* 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment

* BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)

* Proficient in ERP systems (IQMS preferred) and strong Excel skills

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Able to communicate effectively across departments and lead through influence

* Experience with SIOP, MRP, and capacity planning preferred
