Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Master Scheduler to join their team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be part of the production planning department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Master Scheduler
**Location:** Tucson, Arizona
**Pay Range:** $75,000 - $100,000
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering departments.
+ Collaborate with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve customer needs, both internal and external.
+ Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through the ERP system.
+ Integrate sales orders through the MPS to delineate what products will be produced, when, and in what quantities.
+ Utilize your experience to enhance production efficiency and streamline processes across departments.
**What's Needed?**
+ Three to five years of production and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
+ Additional work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
+ Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in CPIM certification is a plus.
+ Proficient in using ERP systems and production planning tools.
