Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.The work model for the role is: onsite (#Li-Onsite)This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products division in Ormond Beach, FL. You will be mainly accountable for:• Master Production Schedule Creation: Translates projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time phased build schedule.• Establishes key performance indicators of master plan accuracy and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback and assembles master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan, the shipment plan, the inventory plan, and the production plan.• Identifies current planned level of demand and create tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand while managing load levelling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.• Maintains planning parameters in ERP and planning systems and provides input into S&OP and short-term planning processes• Supervises the schedulers and ensure their day-to-day requirements are being achieved and works with local execution, Local P&F (Planning & Fulfillment) manager and Hub P&F manager to resolve issues.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in business management or related field.5-7-years manufacturing experience, supply chain management or related field.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross functions teams. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills Must be analytical and well organized. Must have strong working knowledge of SAP.
