Master Scheduler
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Match production schedule with schedule date/promise date of sales orders (SO) entered into system. + Check that work orders match the production schedule. + Check that work orders are released automatically in the system, print them and deliver them to the warehouse. + Review of critical components with Planner/Buyer for schedule compliance. + Rescheduling of sales orders that are about to expire or cannot be filled due to supply chain problems + Confirm and book sales orders in system for subsequent shipment. + List sales orders to the shipping team. + Contribute to the utilization of available resources. + Contribute to perceived savings in a company's capital. + Ensure 95% compliance with schdule and promise dates. + Weekly priority list review with Customer assitance team. + Weekly S&OP review and follow-up. + Review of demand against capacity. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Problem analysis + Focus on results + Strategic Thinking + Decision making + Strategic Alliances + Leadership skills + Negotiation skills + Initiative **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Supply Chain + Inventory control + Production scheduling. + Materials planning. + KPI control + Work order control + Office management. + Oracle + Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems. + Proficient in MS Office. + Excellent organizational and leadership skills. + Degree in Logistics or related field. + Problem solver. + Ability to maintain good customer relations and negotiations. + Communication and interpersonal skills. + English 95% **Our Offer To You:** At Emerson, we are committed to encouraging a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
