In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Utilize Oracle enterprise system to plan and schedule orders relative to the customer request and material plan. Continually monitor reports to maintain alignment of supply and demand of material. Maintain timely communication, with value streams, of necessary changes to customer Promise Date. Adjust Work Order routings as necessary to satisfy special requirements. Work with Value Stream Planners and Master Scheduler to define appropriate forecast a welding and heat treat schedule. Balance demand and capacity through entry of orders into Welding and Heat Treat Master Schedule. Help implement lean manufacturing techniques into the designated value stream including the facilitation and use of Kanbans, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Scheduling Boards and Best Practices. Maintain delivery prospectus. Perform other related duties as required.Who You Are:

High school diploma or GED Solid computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook Strong organizational, planning and decision-making skills are required with ability to work as a team member Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
2-year College Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Understand appropriate planning and manufacturing areas of the Oracle Enterprise System Strong organizational and planning skills. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Solid computer skills including the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word. An understanding of Lean manufacturing knowledge and tools. Strong decision-making skills. Manage all aspects of the backlog, including total backlog, late backlog, and lead time Manage a master schedule that is valid, considering material availability and resource capacity.
