Job Description:
Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.Provide reports to FOL Production Manager.Oversees, monitors, and directs all activities related to the production of QFN to ensure efficient production complying to quality standards and demand of customer(s).Supervise operators and track their performanceProvide skills development program for subordinatesCoordinates closely with support groups on various activities and planned actions on problems relating to production schedule, material availability, quality level, engineering standards, production equipment, etc. Also sees that all potential problems are dealt at an early stageConducts regular meetings with subordinates to discuss line performance and other company communications.Works with engineering group for continuous productivity, quality, and cost improvements.Active participation in MPHIL4.0 programRequirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experienceMinimum 3 years of experience as Assembly Front-Of-Line Production SupervisorExperience managing manufacturing assembly of QFN packages.Knowledgeable in Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA and WB copper wire process.Understand related quality system such as TS16949, HSPM, ISO standards etc…Understand and practice the concept of Lean ManufacturingFamiliar with failure analysis techniques.Ability to manage workload while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, Visio, Access, etc.)Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting prioritiesAvailability for off-hours callsTravel Time:
