The Master Technician will be recognized as a technical expert in the execution of hydraulic product tests and be a key contributor in the validation efforts for both new and current products. This position requires extensive experience with hydraulics, instrumentation, and laboratory testing. **Job Responsibilities** · Execute test requests, including setup and troubleshooting complex hydraulic systems. · Collect test data using a variety of sensors and data acquisition equipment. · Interpret and document test results. · Lead high-impact test lab projects with minimal guidance. · Coach and mentor other lab technicians and engineers. · Champion safety within the test lab by proactively identifying and correcting potential hazards. · Perform maintenance on test lab equipment. · Provide recommendations on improvements to test specifications and lab processes. **Background & Skills** **Required (basic) qualifications** · 8+ years of experience with testing hydraulic systems. · Expert level understanding of instrumentation and data acquisition. · Expert level understanding and ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems. · Ability to interpret engineering specifications, drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electronic schematics. · Application knowledge of hydraulic systems. · Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to utilize common shop tools. **Preferred qualifications** · Associate degree in Fluid Power Technology. · IFPS fluid power certifications. · Prior Experience with Dewesoft data acquisition. · Prior Experience with Siemens PLCs. · Knowledge of Danfoss Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, and Transmissions. **Employee Benefits** We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment: Bonus system Paid vacation Personal Insurance Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups State of the art virtual work environment Employee Referral Program This list does not promise or guarantee any particular benefit or specific action.
