Through digitalization, we make infrastructures smart and create opportunities that get us from A to B sustainably and seamlessly. Our 39,800 employees are pioneers in mobility who help to keep the world moving.
The utilization of Large Language Models (LLMs) in the context of our high-tech urban rail systems can help us significantly increase efficiency in our daily work in terms of development and project execution. It is crucial that these AI systems generate highly accurate responses and avoid the well-known phenomenon of hallucination. The reflection of LLM is an important approach in the field of Generative AI used to improve the accuracy and reliability of LLMs in order to avoid hallucination.
As part of a master thesis, reflection techniques for various models in the context of our systems will be implemented. The models will be tested in real-time and in an operational environment. In close cooperation with our system experts, the results will be scientifically analyzed, and different approaches will be evaluated.
What do you contribute?
Tasks you can work on as part of your thesis:
Analyze LLMs in our system environment and the requirements for system optimization. Development of algorithms using LLM/reflection technology including the finetuning of the LLM. Evaluation of different approaches in real-time environment. Investigate the combination of LLM and Knowledge Graph. Investigate how different models can communicate with each other. What do you bring along?
You are an enrolled student in Computer Science or a related discipline. You have advanced ability in Python programming and Data Science.
