Requisition ID: req56812 Job Title: Master Training Manager (Afghan Females Only) Sector: Health Employment Category: Regular Employment Type: Full-Time Open to Expatriates: No Location: Kabul, Afghanistan Work Arrangement:In-person Job Description + Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition for nutrition counsellors, nutrition nurses, and health workers. + Utilize participatory training methods to encourage active involvement and discussion among participants. + Facilitate the role play methodology as a unique part of every topic. + Adapt existing MIYCN training materials to fit the local context and specific needs of the target audience/participants. + Develop supplementary resources and handouts to reinforce key messages related to nutrition practices. + Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments. + Gather feedback from participants to improve future training sessions and materials. + Document training activities, participant attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes. + Provide a summary report at the end of the training period outlining key achievements and recommendations for future interventions. Qualifications + Education: + Bachelor’s or Diploma's degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Medical Doctor, Nursing or Midwifery. + Years of Experience and Skills: + 4-5 years of relevant work experiences working in trainings designing and facilitating. + Experience in MIYCN training. + Have the ToT certificate of MIYCN + Fluency in local languages both Pashto, Dari + Familiar with the health system of Afghanistan. + Profound cross-cultural awareness and sound knowledge + Communication and reporting skills + Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage + Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
