Job Summary:

Discover a unique opportunity to create a culture of healing and safety by working with young people in our residential treatment facilities. Support children by utilizing evidence based practices in an effort to promote their healing from trauma. Serve as a program level administrator and guide direct care staff and case managers to inform best practices in client service delivery. Watch the people we serve grow along the lifespan utilizing the tools you have provided so that they may develop into our leaders of tomorrow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program. Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 8 - 12 youth by coordinating team meetings, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth and family when applicable Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication Provide training to Residential Counselors and Case Managers on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements. Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu Participate in a rotating on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Director Performs Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health or Marriage and Family Counseling, Human Services, or related degree required Unlicensed applicants welcome to apply New graduates welcome to apply Must have a valid driver’s license Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records Must meet Agency requirements for CORI/SORI background checksBilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
