**Material and Customer Master Data Coordinator**

**What is the Job all about?**
Material Master Data - You will execute on material and product master data processes according to Group/Regional or local practices and standards. Furthermore, the role will support adoption, standardization, and quality of material and product master data processes and tools, while also being experts on local variations, ensuring these are properly handled.
Customer Master Data - You will support adoption, standardization, and quality of CMD processes and tools, while also being experts on local variations, ensuring these are properly handled. Part of the job is also to manage and motivate the cross-division support function employees in the region to deliver an excellent customer experience by executing as per agreed scope, SLA’s and processes.
This role will report directly to the Customer Sales and Support Center Supervisor, APAC Support Function and will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
**Your main responsibilities:**
Material Master Data responsibilities:
+ Being the Gatekeeper for all incoming CIC-MDO requests in the cluster, review the requests and decide the next action according to the SLA, as imbedded in the CIC-MDO system
+ Create, maintain, and extend material master data according to policies and processes
+ Subject matter expert on material and product master data ways-of-working and field usage within the cluster, including local exceptions, forms, process integrations, etc.
+ Localize local product/material data
+ Supply data to customer systems
+ Maintain data in local system
+ Advise PIM on local needs (incl. local legislation and certificates)
+ Translation of technical documentation
+ Create and maintain local pricing catalogue
+ Creation via Product Configuration System
+ Distribution of information towards local colleagues in CSSC and sales
+ Support Business Process Owner in documenting local process and field variations
+ Monitoring and drive material and product master data quality as per defined standards
+ Highlight process/tools issues to Business Process Owner
+ Support Business Process Owner and Divisions in identifying areas of improvement
+ Support on other support function and Master Data related tasks.
Customer Master Data Responsibilities:
+ Support Business Process Owner in documenting local process and field variations
+ Responsible for driving CMD process adoption and understanding within (Division/Region)
+ 2nd level escalation for sales and CSSC frontline, in terms of CMD process/tool usage
+ Monitoring and drive CMD data quality as per defined standards
+ Coordinate CMD review and mass change exercises
+ Highlight process/tools issues to Business Process Owner
+ Support Business Process Owner and Division COMEX in identifying areas of improvement
+ Support on other support function and Master Data related tasks
+ Ensure process and tools adoption and understanding as per global guidelines
+ Drive process quality and efficiency by delivering on process quality and efficiency targets
+ Implement new processes and tools as per global standard
+ Work in collaboration with Business Process Owners on identifying improvement areas
+ Participate in other ad hoc tasks defined by the line manager
**Your background:**
+ Degree or equivalent level, preferably in a business administration or engineering discipline
+ Intensive knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM/BW
+ Intensive knowledge of Grundfos material and product processes and cluster variations
+ Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office
+ Very good IT literacy skills
+ Local language and English communication skills
+ Work experience in international matrix organization
