Your opportunity to get real working experience within P&G Supply Network Operations as a Material and Production Planning Specialist!

Job Responsibilities

Develop timely and accurate delivery schedules for raw and packaging materials using SAP.

Communicate the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations and resolve conflicting priorities.

Communicate material requirement plans to suppliers and resolve conflicts.

Maintain valid production and supplier schedules in SAP.

Develop schedules for finished products and other supply network levels using standard processes.

Maintain SAP master data per the Plant Operating Strategy System (POSS) and material scheduling audit.

Identify critical material supply constraints and develop action plans to avoid production and service impacts.

Manage run-out, discontinued, and obsolete materials within planning systems.

Integrate material plans across the planning horizon (13 weeks).

Report and analyze key performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.

Prepare reports using data analytics tools (MS Excel) to support decision-making for material and finished goods supply plans.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: 183 600 RUB gross

Hybrid work format

5/2 work schedule, 8/9:00-17/18:00 - Monday-Thursday, 8/9:00-14:30/15:30 - Friday

Job Qualifications

Any higher education degree

2+ years of relevant experience

Experienced PC user

Advanced MS Office Excel user (Pivot, composing all sorts of formulars)

SAP system usage background

Good command of English (Upper Intermediate or higher level)

Ability to work under pressure
