Join our Material Compliance team in Ostrava– a group dedicated to helping Siemens meet global substance compliance standards. You'll play a key role in registering suppliers, ensuring compliance with product restrictions, and making sure all processes run smoothly through our web-based platform. We care deeply about the environment, health, and safety, and your contribution will help maintain the excellence Siemens is known for.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

Communicating with suppliers to register them in our platform Guiding suppliers to provide substance declarations for Siemens   Ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the platform Staying in close contact with suppliers, providing assistance and follow-ups Tracking registration progress in our internal systems Regularly reporting progress to management and internal customers

We are looking for a professional with:
 

Advanced German and English language skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to work independently and organize your tasks effectively  Time management and prioritization skills  Familiarity with MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) Experience in a similar field or international setting is a plus, but not required – we’ll guide you!
