Description of Duties\:
The Material Control Account Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:
· Earned Value Management\:
o Analyze and report on earned value metrics, including budgeted cost of work performed (BCWP), actual cost of work performed (ACWP), and schedule performance index (SPI).
· Material Control\:
o Validate that materials are procured and delivered on time and within budget.
o Manage the material control account, including tracking and reporting on material costs, quantities, invoices and delivery schedules.
· Cost Control\:
o Analyze and report on cost variances, including identifying and implementing corrective actions to address cost overruns.
· Schedule Control\:
o Analyze and report on schedule variances, including identifying and implementing corrective actions to address schedule delays.

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 3 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 1 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of general experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in earned value management, material control, or project management.
· Experience working in information technology environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Experience with software, such as BMC Remedy.
· Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
This position is expected to pay $75,000 - $100,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
