Overall Purpose of a Site Leader\n

Ensure effectiveness of material flow and throughput maximizing efficiency to meet shipping and receiving schedules along with customer demand\n

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS\n

Responsibilities\n

Client relationship & Business development\n\nCreate and maintain customer information, part numbers, standard packs, SAP Inventory\nCreate cycle counts \nEnsuring clear and transparent communication with all clients\nEstablish electronic folders for each customer, recording all shipping and receiving events\nLiaison with customer as required\nExpedite parts in need of immediate analysis to customer\n\n

Operations\n\nCount all in-house material daily and balance inventory system\nInvestigate discrepancies immediately and resolve\nRecord all rejects by supplier and part number\nMaintain and organize quarantine area, balance weekly\nConduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed\nReturn or dispose of material at an established period or at the end of the mission\nCoordinate new material arrival and timing of completion\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\n

Organization & management\n\nEnsures all site personnel receive corporate communications \nMonitor materials with regards to buffers being established and expedites being arranged\nCreate and maintain a 6S working environment\nAssist with inquiries from internal and external staff; TRIGO and customer\nProvide all information to assist with quoting rework, standard pack, container and sub-container, and daily usage\n\n

Technical \n\nUpdate daily system entries in company and Customer portals\nMaintain Inventory current and up to date status\n\n

Other\n\nAny other duties as assigned\n\n
