Job Description: Job Summary: The Material Create Analyst requires an individual that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. This includes working with a wide range of divisions, processes, and stakeholders to help improve efficiency and data quality. This individual needs to be proficient in material create process and be well-versed in each stage of the systems life cycle. The individual will develop partnership and technical knowledge as well as transition and system migration expertise. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Complete assigned tasks in the Material Create workflow within SLA based on approved framework and templates + Ensures exceptional data quality and compliance within global and divisional data governance standard + Proficient knowledge in E2E material create processes, material master data governance and master data set-up + Develops division specific knowledge to understand product portfolios and drive data consistency within portfolios + Actively engaged to improve processes, metrics, data quality & reduce cycle time + Troubleshoots delays in workflow processes and promptly initiates or completes resolution + Supports organizational changes and assists with transition of activities in the team + Consults with Global Data Leads when questions arise about material set-ups, data quality, governance, impact of data decisions + Ability to backup other team members Knowledge of systems + Sharepoint + SAP + Microsoft Tools Metrics used to measure performance Primary Metrics: ​ + SLA Acheivement for Assigned Tasks Secondary Metrics: ​ + Enterprise Data Quality + On-Time attainment of Need By Date Decision Rights Owns + Execution of assigned material create tasks ​ + Enforcement of service level agreements (SLA) for data providers Influences + Data quality in material create process ​ + Process efficiencies to improve material create lead times Vetoes + Data requests inconsistent with governance and/or BG processes + Requests that do not align with division or BG strategy and priorities.
