Material Documentation Specialist

We are looking for a Material Documentation Specialist who is organized, communicative, and improvement-oriented to join our Supply and Logistics team of Clinical Manufacturing (CM), based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the role

You will manage specifications and change notifications for biological products and gene therapies, ensuring the supply of materials and equipment for GMP and non-GMP activities.

 

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with a dynamic team composed of process engineers, operators, production managers, and QA, all dedicated to ensuring product quality and safety.

 

What you will do

You will create and update specifications/FIP and associated documents for materials and consumables.You will be responsible for evaluating and documenting Pharmacopoeia change notifications.You will manage the evaluation of supplier change notifications for raw materials.You will actively participate in the deviation management system (PR, investigations, CAPA, Change control).You will manage the logistics of clothing necessary for GMP activities and follow up with the associated supplier.You will participate in safety activities.
