Material Expeditor

Overview:

Material Expeditor supports customer staff in the monitoring and tracking of all inbound equipment ordered through purchase order or credit card.

Primary Responsibilities: Ensures material/equipment is received in full and on schedule to support training curriculum of customer facilities Coordinates with Vendors to resolves all discrepancies received Maintains daily reports to the customer logistics department to track all inbound equipment Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Education and/or Experience: High School Grad 4-6 months experience with equipment/material utilized in warehouse Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to identify required equipment Willingness to assist in hands on inventory to rectify discrepancies Excellent verbal and written skills Abilities to understand spoken direction, abilities to read directions, ability to work as a team-player, ability to multi-task Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

The ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
