Our Olathe, KS location is seeking multiple Material Handler 1 individuals to add to our fun team working on Special Projects. The Material Handler position is responsible for the various aspects of the distribution center processing and receiving, fulfillment, and shipping of product and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Perform various warehouse functions primarily receiving, but not limited to packaging and shipping of customer ordersPerforms cycle counts on inventoriesEnsures a neat/clean work environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the proper mannerCompliance with all safety proceduresUse of hand held scanner and other distribution related IT equipmentQualified candidate must have a working knowledge of distribution center functions.Must have sound judgment, and reasonabilityWilling to work flexible hours and shiftsPositive attitude, Ethics, and values which support our company's values and goalsEffectively unload containers in a timely manner, repetitive lifting requiredEffective communication with all co-workersMust maintain high attention to detailMust possess outstanding organizational and housekeeping skillsPerform additional duties as required

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods of time; along with lifting up to 50lbs

Environment: Exposure to noise, dust, and climate change

Pay Range:

$15.87 - $21.44

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
