Starting rate begins at $20.30 per hour and will be determined based on experience. 2nd shift receives an additional shift differential of $1.00 per hour.

Position Purpose

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for the day-to-day activities necessary to ensure on- time delivery objectives are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pulling, distribution, and receiving of components to assemblers to produce finished product necessary to fill customer orders Scanning receiving documents and sorting incoming/outgoing orders and/or picklists Receiving, stocking, and stacking Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables Good written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team Work in a safe manner and efficiently to support the fulfillment of customer orders Complies with SOP’s, JHA’s and departmental rules May perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Accuracy of information and ability to follow a process through to completion Knowledgeable of systems and processes and ability to learn necessary computer skills Able to move pallets, load trucks, and move other items safely throughout plant as necessary Able to lift 40 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Addition, subtraction and multiplication of basic numbers Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment Demonstrate care and integrity

Qualifications / Prior Experience

At least two years of previous shipping and/or receiving experience. Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Environment / Other Requirements

Ability to work in a climate-controlled and/ or not a climate-controlled facility with moderate noise levels that are within permissible OSHA limits Must wear Personal Protected Equipment (PPE) as required
