Shift: 1st, 6:30am-3:00pm

Primary Responsibilities

Operates the Drexel truck to pick-up and transfer filled containers to storage racks, occasionally consolidating containers on pallets and in the racks.Labels all packages and containers, listing material code, batch formula code, clock number, weight and date.  Follows all established safety, environmental and PPE requirements.Assures material is safely packaged and physically delivered by way of fork truck, lift/elevator or other means, all materials to the designated department.  Checks for accuracy and makes proper adjustments for ordered materials.Works with the leadership team in developing, reviewing and revising SOP’s and the job skills Cleans up equipment and work areas, and performs miscellaneous duties related to the above title.Follows all established plant safety, environmental, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.Forklift experience preferred.Ability to work any shift, and work overtime as needed.Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.
