The Manufacturing Hardware Services RMA Operations team is looking for a Material Handler 3 to join our operation in Austin, TX. A successful Material Handler 3 will complete their assigned items on-time to meet customer promised deadlines while maintaining a quality mindset and following established processes.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform physical tasks related to the movement of inventory whether it be shipping, receiving, movement within the factory, warehouse, etc. International shipping experience, trade compliance knowledge and ability to manage requests for shipments to all countries worldwide Operate required automated manufacturing equipment, which could include label makers, hand tools, drills and pallet jack. Verification of inbound or outbound inventory for quality and accuracy. Data entry related to the movement of material within inventory system. Maintenance of machine tools. Complete projects and other duties as assigned.For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum of 3 years related experience. Oracle or similar ERP system expertise required. The ability to work with and learn features of material management systems such as Oracle is critical. Experience in implementation of cycle counting programs is critical. Proficient in MS Office software. Understanding of Bills of Material, Master Schedule and excess and obsolete inventory and the ability to collect, analyze and summarize information and trends. Ability to follow through on tasks to completion and to work independently. Proficient verbal and written skills. Proficient organizational skills and ability to work cross functionally with Engineering, Customer Service and Finance. Previous computer experience. Decision making ability. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Good attendance record required.
